Claremont Art Showing Meet n' Greet

Hi guys one of the local shops in my area, Buddhamouse Emporium in Claremont, is going to be displaying some of my artwork in their shop through January.The collection focuses on my original creatures and beasties inspired by the sci-fi and fantasy genre.

On Friday January 3rd, 2014 there will be a small meet n' greet reception that I'll be at from 6PM to 8PM. So if you're in the area come say hello and partake in some refreshments with me.

Spectrum 19 and Sketches

First and foremost I wanted to share some fantastic news with you, one of my pieces has been selected for inclusion in Spectrum 19! I sent in two pictures (Karnicore and Tigerpede) so I don't know which made it yet but my name is on Spectrum's artist list.

Creature of the Week Round 200! Choosing a New Mascot!

First, Happy New Year!

Second, right now round 200 of Creature of the Week is going on, it's a month long and the winner's creature will be the new mascot of COW! There are three different briefs; a creature of the land, sky and air. You can enter one of the three or all three, after the deadline each brief will have it's own individual finals thread, and once voting is closed the top 3 creature designs will be voted on to determine who will be the next mascot. Hopefully I explained that fairly well, it's all explained in greatest detail in the first post of this thread .

This round is going to be a lot of fun especially if there are a lot of participants so if you're at all interested I suggest entering and posting in the WIPs thread! The deadline is January 29th at 9:00pm PST (GMT-8)

Tentative Return

I have been having some health problems and so have not been posting consistently. I seem to be over the worst of it by now, so I will try to resume posting, however I'll probably be a bit inconsistent with posts till I'm really firmly back on my feet again. :)
