Character Design - Pirate Captain Kyrylo Shadrova

Been trying to strengthen my character work recently, here is the first of a couple things I've done over the last month.

Kyrylo Shadrova

Of Cossack origin, Captain Kyrylo abandoned the Black Sea for grander ambitions. He now sails the ocean prowling for treasure. It’s hard to say which is sharper, his duel swords or his quick wits. He exudes an air of confidence as he struts across his boat giving commands. He is very unpredictable, one moment partaking boisterously of wine and women, the next, brandished blades ready for a sword fight.

Project Snowstorm

Hey everyone, I've recently been doing a bit of concept art for SnowFury Studio's Project Snowstorm which has just launched a FB page (Link) they'll be setting up a Kickstarter in a few weeks but we're trying to spread the word beforehand, so go check them out please. Thanks guys!

Space Opera Characters

I'm going to post these together since they're all from the same "space opera" story universe, a light-hearted mech pilot, a beautiful and deadly alien woman, and finally a terrifying alien serpent hungry for both of them.

Magical Animal Caretaker

I've been branching out to some human characters besides mostly creatures. This guy is my Slytherin replacement for Hagrid. He Teaches Care of Magical creatures and sells dangerous black market creatures on the side.

Snow Leopotamus

Inspired by the creatures of the Avatar TV series. She is the apex predator who roams around the mountains of the Northern Water tribe. She is the snow queen stalking the icy mountain paths, hunting anyone who wanders into her territory. She picks her moment carefully then suddenly appears out of the snow like a phantom and drags her victims away.

Sewer Critter

These guys travel through sewer pipes hunting hobos in packs.
